Through this collaboration, providers now have the ability to easily access evidence-based care content and insights directly within their PointClickCare electronic health record (EHR) system, allowing for simplified and standardized clinical care content that enhances decision-making, generates quality management and reporting, identifies and reduces exposure in value-based contracts, and improves care coordination.

The COMS Care Content in PointClickCare’s EHR provides customers access to deep clinical data and insights related to individual resident status and progress, as well as individual and collective care team performance. Additionally, customers utilizing the Clinical Content Package are able to significantly reduce their development and upkeep for multiple User Defined Assessments (UDAs), as well as Care Plans, Tasks, and Alert Libraries.
